201 DC Holeshot problems.....HELP!!!!!

Hello Everyone I am having a holeshot problems, I was at LK George this past week fishing a tourney and been having all kinds of holeshot troubles .I have a 26 Trophy with a 225EFI both are 2000 .I also have a 8inch Detwiler Hyd. jackplate ,it just barely gets out of the hole under full load 2men and water in livewells my nonboater had to run up front and it would plane off a few times once on pad it was fine5800 rpm71mph I have one hole opened on the prop I had three opened but nothing but blowout my marina is telling me to drop down to a 25 Trophy but everyone has a 26 Trophy, is anyone running a 25 pitch? if so what are thier numbers, I am not too sure of the set up but I have the motor in the second hole down and with the jack plate being hyd I didnt think that was the problem .I have 4- 29 interstate batteries plus a charger in the back but I need that stuff any help?...thanks

My rpms are not hitting 4000 it seems to start off slow and slowly goes on pad when I am by myself ,what is TPI and is this something any marina can do? I am going to try a 25 Trophy tomorow first and see the change thanks

Took it out today with a 25 Trophy it jumped out of the hole and I was not even trimed all the way down,but I lost 5-6 MPH my RPMS were down a bit too I am thinking about the Land and Sea shift prop any thoughts?

Where can I get that jackplate? 15 inch Rapidjack...Thanks
