You could always try and label them yourself. Anyway, here's the name of the place where they came from way back during better days. The last time I ordered one for myself I got the touch pad type instead of the knobs (uses the same harness). Try contacting BH Electronics in Atoka, Tn. 1-901-837-1111 ex. 2001. That extention is for Dale Jackson the plant Mgr. Hope he can help you out.

Hey Dave they do have them I just recieved one from them about 2 months ago. They arn't exspensive either prety resonable, I cant remember just what the phace cover cost but I got lights, switches and all for around 50.00. It is worth giving them a call.. when you get the new one, get some clear finger nail polish or model car paint clear coat, and then the letters wont rub off on your new one. It will last longer.'

They were closed by the time I called yesterday and I spent most of the day getting my registration and titles for the boat and trailer (and working a little)
I just got that exact part from Lauri at the plant (just recieved it last week.)

What's Laurie's phone number? I could never get Dale at BH, but someone told me she didn't know if they would 'run' just one plate. She also said the whole panel was $145... what did it cost you?
Got the plate from Laurie at the plant $23. (870) 425-9037
Dave...the whole panel for $145 would include more than just the switch panel plate. It would also include the knobs and the complete electrical wiring harness as well (which you don't need). Be sure to check with Lauri to see if she has the twist knobs that will fit the panel.
