I am looking at a boat several miles away. The compression that I recieved is that all cylinders were all around 100 (within 5 of this #). The motor is a 1990 Evinrude 150 XP. Does this sound about right? Thank you!

It sounds a little low, but since they are all so close together you should be ok.
Just about right for that model year. All comp testers vary.
