Adding another gauge to an I-Command System

Let's say I have an up and running I-Command system with only one 3-3/8" dia. LCD digital gauge, and would like to add another 3-3/8" dia. gauge.

To add another gauge do I simply turn off the power, pull the t-connectors apart, add the new t-connector for the new gauge, and I am good to go?

Or do I need to go back to the dealer for additional programming?

I can see that I will probably want to have more that three or four readouts at a time shown, even with split screens and that 'automatic scrolling' of the screens may not be my cup of tea, comments...?

yup - plug and play just like you described. no additional technical setup is required.

If you are using an I-Command digital gauge you can add a page with up to four analog style or four digital style gauges on that page. You can create up to 16 pages and set the display to scroll between the pages at the interval you select. Thats alot of information from only one gauge.
You could also add two inch gauges for any information that you wish to have displayed all the time.
If you have a NEMA j 2000 compliant GPS, depthfinder or display unit you can even display engine information on the display. There are many options for you to explore.
Each device has to be connected directly to the network bus. Install another tee anywhere you want to add a device and "drop" down to the device. You can program the device (3" gauge) to display the info you desire during setup.
