    Question on additives?

    A friend of mine has a 2006 225 E-tech .He would like to know if he can run Ring Free in his fuel or does he have to run an additive recommened by the manufacture?

    If he is using XD100 as he is supposed to ring free is not recommended. XD100 is totally synthetic. But he should ask his dealers master mechanic for absolute.

    XD100 is NOT totally synthetic. It is a blend and BRP will admit to it.

    I AM RUNNIG A 87 JOHNSON 150XP AND USING THE 100 BUT THEY STILL TOLD ME TO MIX 50-1 I TOOK THE VRO OF I DON'T TRUST IT. CAN I MIX LEANER AND IF SO WHAT.
