395 vs 396

Got a friend looking at 395TF. I can't find any info. Everything says 396. It is supposedly a late 90's 395TF. Anybody have any info?

Have a 99 395tf. It is 3 inches shorter. Has a bit boxier console area. I believe that the beam is the same. The hull was treaked a little bit, but not much, mostly anti-chine additions. Anything else, just shoot me a question.

The 395 was a great boat,than came the 396,it has a new pad design and better storage.You will see 75 to 78 with the new 396 with a 225 pro xs.The 395 will be a 70 mph boat with a 225.
