Need info on Charger 17` F&S boat

I need to know some info on a Charger 17` Fish and Ski, think its a 1992 but dont what model it would be...? Also other info would be great like what motor can be put on it and where to run the propshaft...? Does this thing have a pad also approx weight...? Is a jackplate a good idea on these...? Also what kind of speeds do these boats run tuned properly...?

I may be picking it up on Saturday and would like to know what to look for besides the norm (trans cracks, soft spots in the floor, rot in gen)...

It is the same hull as the bassboat,it does have a v pad and is rated for a 150 .
