    C&O Marine.

Talk to Carol. I got away with spending about $50.

    Depends on your shipping preference.

Just curious here, is the livewell timer fixed and not adjustable? Is there not a manual position where you can make it run continuously?

I have a manual / auto switch. When I flip it either direction, the livewell just stays on. Also when I flip the aerator button, I think I hear another pump but nothing happens in the livewell. Something is messed up somewhere?

If you have an Aerate switch, it should control the pump that fills the livewell, so you'll not see anything happen until you are sitting in the water. The Hydro switch controls the recirculation pump, so if you have water in the well, it will pick it up from near the bottom and circulate it back through the Hydro aerator nozzle. Looks like there are 2 brown wires coming off your pc board. If that's the case, I could see where those could go the two switches to put either pump on the timer. Without seeing a schematic or a boat with the same system, it's hard to be 100%. If that is the timer board, it is different from earlier years.

Below are some pics of my setup. When I flip the aerator switch, either direction (auto or manual), the live well fills. When I flip the hydro switch, nothing happens even when the live well is filled, however it does sound like there is a slight change in sound when the livewell is running, but no aeration happens, no matter which way I turn the dial. Also, I found a screen thingy rolling around in my livewell, where does it go? Sorry for all the newbie questions, just got this boat a few days ago and trying to figure everything out.

Reggie, for the most part, the newer boats have no way to adjust timer the way the older ones did. Meaning you cannot change the timing of the cycle when in auto mode. The cycle is pre-set. However, in the manual position, you can run aerator or hydro continuously. I do not know about your new boat.

Joey...that screen should fit into the hole in the bottom of your livewell. Leave open/closed valve switch under your gear shifter on "closed" unless you want to empty well while on trailer. To fill well, you should use aerator on manual and change to auto when the well is as full as you want. The Hydro should bubble the water in your well. Make sure the level of water is not over the venturi hole in the top of the white tube shown in your last picture. If it does not work, you probably will need a new Hydro pump which is located on the back wall of your livewell. Might be hard to find. Others will be along to help.

    Lea,

This photo tells me he does have an adjustable timer on the recirc pump. The timer board/module is probably under this panel and attached to the timer knob.

The other board could well be a fixed timer for the Aerate switch. This is the first time I've seen a Mtn Home Champ where the Aerate and Hydro switches are not next to each other. I'd still like to see schematics of the 2000 models. 1995 is the latest set of schematics I have.

The timers on mine are fixed just like the other TN boats of similar vintage.

Sorry. By "newer", I was referring to the TN boats having the fixed timing.

Is the screen suppose to fit snug in that bottom hole? It does fit, but does so with a lot of slop. It won't stay there on it's own.
