    2001 Evinrude 250 Ram Injection - What does filter module do?

    HI. Curious to know what it is the filter module does? It is zip tied to one of the cooling hoses that attaches to the blow off valve. It has a ground wire and two wires out. Thanks. If the ground is not good what impact would this have on the outboard?
