    What the heck... customer service?

So some of you remember me talking about my broken rod locker lid bracket and how it is covered under warranty and champion was supposed to send a new one, then they sent the wrong one, and now Ive been waiting for over 4 months and still no rod locker lid, but they say it's scheduled to be shipped to me they just dont know when. Who do I have to talk to in order to get this taken care of, I'm sure there is a lid somewhere it's not like they have to custom make me one, I dont get it.

The problem, as was explained to me, is that they don't have the parts very well sorted out and secondly, they don't have the experienced personnel to handle the influx of the new brands into Flippin. They sent me some dash parts months after I ordered them, but they did eventually send them.

Jason Bragg would be the one to talk to.

Just call the plant and ask for him. He's a busy guy. Leave him a voice mail he'll get back to you. He's a good dude.

I think that answer is a little played out about parts not being sorted out. They have had months and months to get it straight. I bet if you had a Ranger and needed the lid they would find one and get it out. The courts said they had to honor the warranties, but they never said they had to be good at it!!
