    Please Guys!!!

    I have asked this before..

No more disparaging remarks about the decals on our boats. It serves no purpose other than to hurt the feelings of our friends running other brands...

This situation is not the result we wanted, but it is what it is and there is not a damn thing we can do about it. We have three great hulls still in production.

Let's support our hulls no matter what decal is on them...If we don't, they will be gone, and that would be the real tragedy!!!

    I agree!

What cha say we get back to boat advice?

I will get it started: TN boats are better than MTN home models!

Just kidding of course: Both rock

We need to get back providing set up info and general Champion questions.

Right you are Lea. Should be talking about how fine the boats are we have and how well they ride. Especially the 99 203's with 07 Yammie 225's on em. I happen to know where there is a real sweet deal on one !!! Sorrrrrrry, I couldn't help myself. At least it's positive ...

Lea, you are absolutely correct. Being relatively new to bass boats, I don't have the strong opinions some do about Champions as those opinions are reflected in many of these threads. That being said, I do love my Champ, which, incidentally is the only real bass boat I ever have been in. Would I like a Ranger, or a Stratos, or a Triton, or one of the other brands, perhaps. When sitting in the bow seat in a quiet cove catching a nice bass, the boat brand is really not that important. The real point of owning a boat, whether a Champ, a Ranger, a Tracker, or a sport boat, such as a Cobalt, Formula or Fountain, is to get out and have fun on the water. I have just as much fun on my 14 foot Alumacraft as I do on my Champ or my Cobalt. Each serves a different purpose, but all provide fun on the water. The sad thing about the Champion brand is that it is gone, just like Hummer, Pontiac, Oldsmobile, etc. But change is going to happen and we must all adjust.

I hear ya, I am all about the exchange of good information. Just look at the help I gave Green Hornet, our Ranger Bro, on his new ride...

What's wrong with Gayliners? My buddy has one and it pushes alot of water around. I do agree with the Barrister tho, once you're in the bay fishing, whatever you're standing on is the best. But when the wind comes up around 10 or 11 am, and you gotta make a move, that's when you're glad you're standing on a ChampioN!!!

OH yah: well tried to stay at a "holiday inn express" and would have saved a ton of doh.

However: I had to change hotels as a gayliner was parked outside my room, it made me un-easy.
