Had the either brands in the floatila today

Pull up on the shore this AM prior to a tournament start. My champ, to my right Triton, and Ranger, to my left a Stratos. Darn batterys were dead in the camera or I would have snaped a picture.

The Ranger guy always gawks about my Champ, as so does the Triton guy. I take the praise and just say thanks!

Really I think both guys deep in-side regret not having a Champ.

Later while going down a channel with the troller I came upon the Ranger guy and he said "that water is dirty up the channel and you might get a scum line on your boat"

I replied "It will wipe off".

They keep reminding me that Champions are indeed special bass boats.

And I am happy to own one thats a "True Champion", a limited edition TN built with pride model.

You should have a real Champ built in Mt. Home. A true classic.

that is usually code for there are fish in that area and he's trying to deter you from fishing in his spot.

That is not uncommon. All eyes on me!!!!!!! that kind of thing just validates the {BRAND}. The public knows that a Champion is hard to beat.

Being a Champion owner there is " Great Responsibility" ,,,Looking cool, being well dressed ( Champ Gear) . Being polite, courteous and acting like you've been there before. I would have included humble but that might be too much to ask. Holding back that huge "Yes" and High five until your at least half a mile from the ramp

I had the same thing happen at my last T. A couple of guys I hadn't seen for a few years asked "Where'd you get that fancy boat? They both have 21 footers, but mine's just nicer.
