    I have a curious question

I had read on here the other day that hopper had crushed all the molds with the exception of the 183 202 & 210. My question is what if someone owns a 198 or 190 (188) or a 206 and needs warranty work. Say they need to splash a new hull is this customer sol. Like i say im just curious cause there's alot of the Champs still around. I also was concidering buying a 2008 188 from a local dealer that has never sold but don't know what to do now.

I can't answer if any molds were destroyed though I highly doubt it.

I do know that a warranty is a warranty and they have clearly stated that all warranties are good. So no worries. If the 188 is the right boat for you then go after it.

If they did crush all but three I guess they would have to offer up a 202 or maybe a Stratos of similar size.

All existing warranties will be honored! Regardless of model.

I am not sure what they would do if a hull of a discontinued model had to be replaced under warranty. However, I would think that is an extremely rare situation. Good glass folks can fix a hull like it never had any issues.

I have heard they crushed the molds. I hope they didn't.

when my 206 went in because of the hull cracking excessivly they replaced the entire bottom half out of fear that if they just repaired the cracks they may come back so that would make one wonder
