Looks like a very nice boat! That is actually the SX rather than the F&S of those years. The F&S had cushioned rod locker lids, but was otherwise configured like the regular bassboats.
Even though it is a SX I would still think it was a Fish n Ski. It has the rear seats.
I like that there are no cushions up front though.

If you get it you'll likely enjoy it. The 90 is probably a little on the light side, but may meet your needs, depending on what they are. The only boat I have ever bought brand new was a custom order 1997 Champion 181SX Elite with a 150 on it. I loved it and only sold it because I got into tournament fishing for a few years. The 181SX is a fully featured bass boat but lacks the front deck space of most bass boats. It is sportier and more fishable, however, than most of the fish-n-skis out there. Good luck with your decision. Here are a few photos of my 1997 Champ. Hope its still out there somewhere keeping some lucky family on the water.
