1998 Evinrude 200hp Vindicator questions from a newbie.

1998 Evinrude 200 Vindicator

Serial#G0446185
Owners manual says Engine type: Two-Cycle, 60 degree V, 6 cylinder, loop-charged. Do I have the wrong owners manual? It also lists Power 150hp@5000rpm and 175hp@5000rpm.

The Seloc Manual I bought, #1311 does not list this engine.
For a 98 engine they list a 200hp 90 degree V.
I have questions??????????????
1. This is fuel injected, right?
2. The seloc book says idle should be 600-700 rpm in gear. While running with a garden hose motor flusher in neutral, the motor idles at 1400-1500 rpms.
Is this normal?

i have a few questions, i have the same motor, my tach is not working can someone give me a wiring diagram and will the the speedo work out if it is run with water hose??
