I just bought a 1985 Champion bass & ski boat. It is a sweet boat for its age and its been very well taken care of. The boat does not have any identifying numbers on it to tell me exactly what model it is. does anyone know where I can get an old brochure or information on the 1985 Champion boat line? The boat measures 17'6" long and has a 115 hp merc on it. The top hp rating for this boat on the manufacturers tag says 140 hp. It is a dual console design. Also the livewell valve levers pull out just fine but they are real hard to push back in for draining. I cannot find how to replace or fix this problem. Everything seems to be enclosed.

I believe that would be a 176 F&S. It was built in Mountain Home, AR. My brochure is home, but there is no livewell or other info in it that would help you. I'm hoping someone will be along who can help you. The drain valves, and pumps should be down in the bilge..possibly under the fuel cell...You can get to them, but it may not be easy....
