Is there anything I could do to get more power out of a 225 Ficht? Is it more cost effective to upgrade to a newer engine? Any help would be great. I tried to email C@O Marine but got no response. I guess they dont want my buisness.

Yes we do want your business, the best thing to do is upgrade because today's (and yesterdays) fuel injected motors are controlled by the EMM and the old days of tweaking motors has gone for now.
