    ZX250 owners thoughts

Looking for insight and thoughts on ZX250 2015. Taking a hard look at 225 and 250. For the coin, the 225 and 250 are hard to beat. Coming out of 201 so really like the 250. Anyone with time with either would love to hear thoughts. Thx

I can't tell you how it will run mines sat in the garage since I got it last november.only twenty eight minutes on moter but got to fish out of it same day layout is nice.the built in hds 9s are nice I don't like ram mounts. Lots of room in center compartment. i had to pull the rod orginizer out of drivers side and put bigger tubes in the holders to get 7 foot spinning rods in it. Would of been fine but day box makes that side hard to get them in.butt noo big deal I think it is going to be a nice boat.the big rear storage boxes are nice only thing I wish it had was drivers side storage console by the seat.

I have a little over 5 hours on my zx250 and all good so far. Boat runs really strong for its weight. Loaded with just me she ran 75 gps. Hole shot is instant and midrange is like a sports car. I have not had it in big water yet but handles boat wake like it's not even there. Boat handles really well also and will stay on plan at low speeds. I added another pole and custom cover to mine and it was well worth it. Boat has great storage and has the blower system too. I cannot say enough good about this boat. I have been in many boats and this one is my favorite. For the money you can't beat it. Not a cheap made boat either. I will be in guntersville in May if you want a ride.

I fished the first tournament in my 15 ZX225 yesterday, my partner and I carry a bass pro shops and way too many rods and reels and he brings enough food to feed 10 guys. 3/4 tank of fuel and full livewell I hit 72. Boat handles awesome storage is great, I didn't know if I'd like the big center hatch in the front deck but it's great. The best thing about it is the SHO, at takeoff that holeshot really shines, we were a quarter of a mile down the lake by the time other boats were getting on plane.

The standard equipment that comes with this boat, make it the best value on the market. The zx 250 handles anything you through at it. Turns on rails. Has plenty of storage, and a larger padded casting deck then the 225. My 8' pitching rod with fit in any holder and with room to spare on the deck.

I am on verge of pulling the trigger on one. Haven't been able to test drive one yet, dealer cant keep one in stock long enough to break one in. Curious are they sharing 2d xducer, I know the LSS is on back but didn't think to look the several times I have been dry humping the ones I can climb on lol. I want to ad the NMEA and Yamaha interface able for HDS.

You can share or not on the 2d as there is one thur hull and a trolling motor one too. I also added the NMEA cables and it is well worth the money. You will not be disappointed with this boat. The SHO is great too, just follow the break-in to a T.

I have around 7 hours on my 15 ZX250, the ride and hole shot are amazing! I also like the fact that the bow does not sit so high in the water like my zx20 did. Mine will start to chine walk if overtrimmed a bit around 74ish but you can tell there is more speed to gain. I have not messed with setup yet but will after break-in is done.

I've got 7 hours on my zx250 and I've never been more impressed by another boat. The added 300 Lbs on the 2015 had me a little concerned at first. After the first 2 hours of break in and getting to open it up, DAMN! This thing flat out runs! Takes boat wake like a champ. Haven't been on rough water yet but I have no doubt it'll do just fine. Pull the trigger my friend, you won't regret it.
