Bad luck again.

The 198 is off yet again to the boat doctor. The 225 PRO XS is really starting to become a real pain in my butt. This time is almost cost my partner and myself some fish.

A pressed in bushing came out where the trim cyclinder pin goes thru. This is very dangerous. It has happened a couple of times per Don on the 3.0 liter board. Leave it to me out of all the motors produced to get the one that is going to have all the weird issues all the time. The motor also would not turn over or do anything. I guess I will miss yet another tournament again.

The boat itself has been great. Just everything else on it seems to be breaking quite frequently.

That sucks! I was having trolling motor issues. Hope they are done now. Hope you get back up and running sooon. Still under warranty right?

Seems with the opti most are good but they do turn out a lemon or two. I have had problems with mine 225 opti dropping rpms in the rough water. Runs perfect on flat and choppy water. Gets snotty and I have to slow down to about 3500 rpms to keep it running without the hesitation.

Yea. Its under warranty thank God. But what a pain.

Hope your trolling motor issue is resolved. I almost looked you up today. I was in Salina and drove through Junction City around lunch.
