You've got to read closely.. and between the lines "Top speed: 81mph. In great condition" Maybe he meant top speed in perfect conditions.. like falling over a water fall !!!!!!!!

That must be it Jack I don't think my Champion 221 has ever seen 81 mph, and that includes sitting on the trailer headed down the expressway.
