1 of the softkeys is missing on my HDS 10. Can this be fixed or replaced? I cant use this button without the little rubber insert for the key.

You can remove the faceplate. The rubber key pad is attached to the actual body of the unit. I would think it's a replaceable part. All one piece.
Look on page 11 of the install guide. It gives a clear view of the keys mounted to the unit face.

One of the members on here, I think GhostComanche, has removed their faceplates and painted them. They will probably know for certain how it's mounted.
