Anyone surprised by the final four in college football? I don't get how fsu is 3, without losing a game, but that is probably about how they have won (and their qb). I thought last night, with the beat down OSU gave WIS that there was no way they wouldn't knock out tcu if fsu won.
Way too many close victories by FSU this season and many hate their program for letting Winston play.

This is what I thought the rankings would look like and how I thought they should look after last night. My only disappointment is that TCU and Baylor don't even have a chance to see how they stack up. Perfect reason to change it to 8 sooner rather than later.

not surprised at all....I might find out what a TCU fan feels like if the Cowboys get squeezed out of the NFL playoffs because a 6-10 or 7-9 NFC South division winner gets in.
First, not a fan of any of the top 4 so this is a honest opinion. FSU should be number 1 because winning does matter. 2. I think Alabama is this best team in college, but winning matters. 3. The big 12 is (imo) weak. 4. Ohio State is the team I hate the most. But they deserve to be in the top 4. 5. Who really cares about the Pac 10. So while I think the top 4 are all good picks, FSU should have been ranked at #1 because WINNING MATTERS!

But at least with the NFL you know the process going in. The Big 12 had no championship game and declared co-champs in spite of head to head. They made it easy for the selection panel.

I'm pulling for Oregon, but Alabama's defense is big and tough. I thought it was funny how Saban put down the no huddle offense a while back and actually used it yesterday.
Auburn moved the ball pretty good on alabamas d. I'm not a fan of either but I would like to see an Alabama vs Oregon championship game.
Big 12 weak ? 3 of the top 10 teams Big 12. The Big 10 was the weakest of the power 5. Besides OSU and Mich. St there was no other team. MN, Nebraska both overrated. GT and FSU good teams, Bama and Miss St good teams (Arkansas will be legit next season). Pac had two good teams, a young AZ team and a scary fast Oregon team. This was the best year for parity in CFB. PERIOD. With that said, I think OSU deserves the shot over TCU and Baylor due to the BS in the Big 12 non championship game but Baylor and TCU will own whoever the play in the bowls.
That Big 12 not having a championship game hurt.
I was surprised that Ohio punked Wisconsin that badly. But I'm not surprised they were put in the playoff afterwards.
