The "pee" hole, for lack of professional term, can it be added to a 1978 70 hp evinrude. I have one on my pontoon I just aquiredlet ya know if its a good idea or not later. Anyway I put a new wp in the thing but would like to have wp gauge or at least be able to see it pump.

Is this something you can share or better to have done by someone? I dont want you to have ot give the "secrets" of the trade...... I have some of them that I wont get rid of in my profession.

IM me with a fax number and I can get it to you tomorrow, it does involve drilling a hole in the top of the exhaust water jacket, if you dont feel comfortable with this have a dealer do it for you.
Heck I just drilled and tapped a 1998 4.0 jeep engine head for a temp gauge. Maybe I can handle this is I have a pic to look at or discription to where to drill.
