I installed a sears pm-1 last year and couldn't be happier. I run large HBs.

I run a Group 31 AGM Duracall with 2 humminbirds and 2 powerpoles; I also run my livewells all day. Made by the same company that makes Dekas (East Penn). PM1 is also a great recommendation. Either way, I would definitely go with a 31.

You can't go wrong with a PM1. What motor are you cranking?

Sears PM1 is what I run - but any quality made large Group 31 AGM would be the ticket for cranking and big electronics.

Group 31 with at least 1000 CCA and 200 minutes of reserve...high amps to spin the motor good and a long reserve run time to keep it from going dead when running a lot of accessories. I don't worry much about what brand of battery I buy. I have found that having a good maintenance routine will double the life of a wet cell battery.
