Blazer seats....wet butt?

My drivers side seat always give me wet butt after driving for a while. Anyone else get this?

Probably has not dried out from the last time it got rained on...

So the seats are not waterproof? Seems like they hold water for 3-4 days after they get rained on.

Must have a hole in the cover and the cushion soaks up water.
