    Medical Help

Has anyone ever had a problem where seeing a particular brand of boat on the lake cause a response mentally, emotionally, and even physically. For example, this pass summer I saw a man and his wife with a Allison with a 260 stopped out in the middle of the Lake swimming. My first reaction was SWEET I stopped and talked to them. I left the ramp one time right behind an Allison followed him through the creek, out into the main lake and pulled up beside him. Waved at 80 and he waved back and we went our seperate ways.I see guys driving Rangers all the time, they seem to get no respose out of me. I follow or ease around em if neccessary and just go my own way.
Now most foks in my neck of the woods have a Ranger or a Triton, a few Stratos and Skeeters. But in my personal evalution of myself I have noticed in the sighting of a Triton it seems to perk me up a bit, kinda like a dog smelling something. If I'm fishing it doesn't seem to get a reaction, I just stay focused on the big green fish. A while back if I saw one I would just go around em and carry on. But now it's getting so bad if I see one running and I'm behind the wheel I ease up beside em, look at em, let em speed up, and drop'em. I don't want to look like an A-hole, something just comes over me. Hell, I went by a guy this weekend and didn't even slow down at 3/4 throttle and felt so sorry for him I thought about finding him and telling him I was sorry.
Am I the only one like this. Is there any one I can reach out to. I really think I have a problem, Maybe I need some sort of medication before I go to the lake. What do you guys think?

    Re: Medical Help (BEEZER)

You know what Beez, GE seems to feel that way about Bullets, I have seem that one in person. Me, I hardly ever run over 65, just to make everyone think that they are fast. You know, trim it up so it looks like you are really flying.....

    BEEZER you need medical treatment!

I really like breaking one off in the people that have 250's! Boat doesn't really matter much!! I wouldn't mind to see what they look like from behind, but haven't ran into the right one yet, they do look NICE from the side and front though!

    Re: Medical Help (Rebel1)

    Hi Guys,
Been out for awhile, drinking margaritas on a new party boat, but that binge is done and it's back to speed freakin' and fishin!

I laughed when I read this, cuz' I have the same problem as Beezer!

"Hi, My name's ______ and I'm a Blazerholic!" that's how this thread should begin. My wife get's so mad at me! I just grin and tell her to hold on!

A couple of months ago we were down on Hardy pond and a loud 28' blown sunsation rolls out of the bayou and revs it up but wouldn't come out to play. I head up the river anyway. A few miles up river just cruisin along he comes rollin up beside me. I didn't see him until he passed me. The boss gives me permission and it's on! I catch him at about 82 when I looked down at the GPS and he crowds me over into some other wakes. I had to let up to get her through the wake. We catch back up and leave him behind. He rolls into the landing at Browers park and we talk abit. He had a hottie as a co pilot and didn't want to get out run by a fishin boat. Said he knew he'd only get me if i'd run in the rough stuff. We've seen each other now 6-8 times over the summer now and have become good buddies on the water. That sunsation barks at 80 mph, about 680 horse, ouch, couldn't image the gas bill at the end of his day!
I really should get the wife a console to get behind though...at 80+ even with a sports bra, she looks like a beagle in the wind, if u can imagine that!!!

Wait till she gets hit in the head by a bug, then you will have a dual console. Trust me, I know...

When I was with my last girlfriend this past summer, she wouldn't mind going out with me to the river as long as I didn't go over about 50mph.....needless to say, we usually returned to the ramp with her mad at me . She said going that fast, the wind hurt her face (I too, have a single console)

I guess I'm pretty lucky! Mama's a fishin' machine with a need for speed!

She's driven the boat before on her own in a couple of tx's now that I couldn't fish.
