    New Blazer Model

I was down at the Blazer plant monday picking my new 210 up, and Keith showed me a new wide deck Blazer they are working on. looks like they have a mold made for the bottom and were working on the design for the top cap. It is going to be about a foot wider at the trolling motor pedal, and the trolling motor pedal recess will be molded in to the deck, it will have a raised casting deck that tapers down toward the console with larger storage compartments front and rear, seats are going to be raised about two inches higher than the 210,They are also looking at making the seats adjustable . It will have net storage, and will look similiar to a 210 in the rear, graphics will be slightly different, but you will be able to tell it's a Blazer. the boat will be 20' 5" and have a 94" beam. Keith told me he thinks he should see 80 mph light load. They hope to have it ready by the classic. I know this has been talked about on here before, but it looks like it's a lot closer to becoming a reality. If you have any questions give em a call at the plant.

Man this sounds great guys, finally. But please dont raise them seats, sure is nice to be low in the boat when you can hit speeds into the 80's. I know for me that would be a killer on this boat as I refuse to sit any higher than I am in my 210...just food for thought

If you really believe in a delivery date of "Feb. '09", send a large down payment for the first one out of the mold.
