Trailer Question

I posted this on the trailer board without much response, thought I'd ask you folks for some help.

I have a 2002 Pro V 210 and when I take the boat off the trailer, one of the front tires on the dual axle is off the ground. I've looked to see what could be the issue but can't find anything.

When I step on the tire it doesn't take much weight to put it back on the ground. Should I be concerned? Is there something I need to fix?

check for broke a spring or a spring hanger and check all of your bolts
