A 25 TXP 4 blade would do the trick.
For tubing I use a worked 25 Trophy that with 4 people, front and back ice chest full, all the picnic supplies etc (all my fishing gear still in)will plane the boat at 25mph with a 3.5 second holeshot. No kidding. But it don't have much on top (65 at best with this load), but is the most fun and agile prop you can imagine..Oh did I say smoooth?
