I have a 2000 210 and was wondering why the trailer tie downs were on my jackplate? Usually they are on the hull itself. Can someone help me out here? I have looked at other 210 and have never seen this?

I've got a buddy that has the ratchet straps connected to the Jackplate as well. Another bud that has the exact same boat, has the straps on the transom. I think its all in the setup. Dealers choice.
Plus, they have the same jackplate, make and model, but one doesn't have the cleats on the jackplate.

Yes it does. I just wanted to make sure the transom was never worked on and not put back together properly. What water do you fish out in De Moines? I will be moving to Bettendorf soon and want to explore some new water. I amin De Moines allot at the Barrilla plant I manage a pest control company.
We have got some nice little lakes here in Central Iowa. Three Mile, West Lake, Green Valley (24"limit), Badger Creek and Brushy Creek just to name a few. If it was a little closer, I would rather fish the Miss River exclusively.
