any easy tricks rusty?

The best trick is to not start it... . Seriously, I have a 94 and I don't think you could throw the gas out any faster if you used a five gallon bucket. I try to keep my foot out of it during prefishing and that helps a little.

I'm trying to figure out how I can get my boat on plane with my new trolling motor . I'm sure going to be more conservative this year with the big motor. I don't think I have a fuel pump on my motor, I think it is a vacuum cleaner

I think if you just keep good plugs in it, keep the boat relatively light and keep your foot out of it a little.......that's about all you can do.
