My Tachometer (RPM) is not working, it is getting power, but not working. Is it the gauge or the engine not sending the info? Any Info would be helpful.

On your tach you have 4 wires, purple B+ (12vdc) when the key is on, black for ground, blue for back light, grey for signal from motor. If the key is turned on and re-zeros the tach and bumps up it you crank it the VR is proably good. If not most likely the tach. The info I sent you should have the trouble shooting procedure for the tach circut also. Get a meter out.
