I am pretty sure that it is the Main that powers all the accessories. You are talking about the panel to the right of the steering wheel right ?

Yes. I turn it on and nothing happens. If it is not necessary, I will use it for my fuel pump switch.
Mine's an '88 so a lot may have changed to yours. All the switches are two position rockers. Top switch is ACC to the left, DASH lights to the right.
