How stable are these boats while fishing. Does the weight effect them any. But these are some very good looking boats.

Re: fishabilty (livetofish)
Fishability/stabality just as any boat gets better the bigger you go.
From least to most: XB2002, XB2003 or XTB-21 (I rank them together because even though the XTB is a 21'r some think the XB2003 fishes better-personal preference) then the XB21 Series (ProSport/BasSport Elite/BasSport Pro).

Re: fishabilty (Darth VMAX)
Also will depend on the boat you had before you got the Ally, I came from a smaller rig before my xb02 and have no problem with stability, but friends that have wider/heavier rigs than mine really complain about it.

Re: fishabilty (White Ally02)
I went from a Ranger 380 Chief (big, heavy, center console inboard/outboard with casting decks) to an Allison XTB 21 and never felt unstable at all. Maybe it's because I was ecstatic that when I trimmed up, the boat responded and that the boat didn't porpoise like a thrill ride!
Incidentally, the Allison was a superior rough water boat to the Ranger Chief (Ranger Chief is a Ranger version of an offshore boat).

Re: fishabilty (froggy)
After 4 22' Bullets I was very paranoid about the stability in a 2003. My partner likes to roam around a good bit. So far I have been pleasantly surprised at how little trouble I've had. It's more stable than I was expecting.
It ain't a 492 Ranger, but I haven't been tossed overboard yet!
