    New top speed number!

Well Lee and Robbie.........Matthew, my son, just had to do it. We took the boat up to Raystown yesterday and with a full tank of gas, trolling motor on, and some tackle in the front of the boat, he got 94.8 mph on GPS. Four out of 5 runs were between 94 even and 94.8. This was into the limiter with the 30 ET that R. Boger had worked on. Robbie, do you think with just a little bit more tweaking that this thing could gain another 1 or so mph? Matthew said he felt there may have been a little more there if he had not been into the limiter. This was on smooth water, no chop. I look forward to trying one of those FnR 28's. Hope everything is going well for both of you.

Got to think that the speed would have been a little higher had there been a chop.......

Sounds like a fish tale to me Bob. Hehehehehe. It's the truth guys, I was there to witness it, and it sure was a pretty thing to see. Matthew did an excellent job.

    Bob,
Sounds like that son of yours can drive. I would have to see the prop to see what all has been done. For sure if you can get it up to, but not on the limiter it well run faster. I'll see what we can do about getting a 28 up to you.
