I have a question that you guys may think is silly, but here goes... When im pitching plastics and my line takes off to one side, I sometimes freeze trying to think of the best hookset direction. Do you guys set the hook in the direction the line is moving, exactly the opposite direction, or always straight up in the air? I watched Randall Tharp snell a flipping hook on TV, and show how it cantilevers on the hookset straight up, but I can't decide whether that is the best way to always set, especially since I've never snelled a hook...
