Does BASS and FLW allow prefishing?

I don't hear much about prefishing TX's. Curious what the cutoff times are?

I think they cut the lakes off pretty early (like maybe a month) before the tournament then they have official practice for the 3 days before the tournament. For BASS Elites that is, dont really know how FLW works.
