anyway my point is 2 eagles for religious purposes isn't my first choice but the are worse ways for eagles to die and at least those will be appreacited

I agree with the most majestic but I doubt the plant was closed down because of it and they are still open for business.........are they smiling who knows but I doubt much changed because of it

I always thought they liked their fish nice and fresh..I guess I was wrong about that one...they are truly beautiful birds and a full grown adult is a beast of a bird. Seen quite a few of em on the Tennessee river over the years...

Bald Eagles are like bass...opportunistic feeders. They flourish off the waste from all the canneries in AK. I ran the can shop in Ketchikan for Whitney Fidalgo Seafoods. That guy in Belgium that died from the bad salmon...his can came from that can shop, but a few years before my time ('83). The same machine was still at work, not every day, but only because we mostly ran 1 lb cans, because it was a very good year for salmon runs.

I'm still not much for canned salmon, tho it's not bad if you treat it like tuna to make a sammich.
