    Scrap aluminum?

What's a V6 block worth in scrap aluminum? Just looking for rough numbers. Outboard motor block plus half block to be specific.

    about 40-50 bucks
You better get all bolts/studs/sleeves and any other non aluminum off of it first or you wont get but @ 10 bucks for it because it will be called 'dirty' aluminum

Does that include beer and soda cans? (Clean, of course!)

I am in the scrap buisness.
Cans at any recycling center shoudl be over $.60 per lb.
The aluninum needs to be "cleaned" and it will be a $.50 product. If uncleaned or"dirty" you should get $.20 per pound or better. Dont take less...
