Has anyone ever had this before? I finally got to remove my splint after 2 months, and although the tendon seems to have healed, it is far less flexible than it was before. I'm wondering if this will improve over time or be permanent.

Keep up stretching it and it will regain some movement. I have an old injury that will tighten up if I dont flex it for a long time.
