Anyone wearing Simms Sun Sleeves (or something similar)?

I've being thinking protecting my skin a little bit better as I get older. These seem like a good idea but I'm worried that they would slide down after repeated casting. I would say my biceps are average size, certainly no "big guns" here to hold the sleeves up here. I can't find reviews for them online and @ $30 I like to hear from some folks who have tried them out first before I buy them.

For those who aren't familar with them you can see them, here is the link to them @ TW- http://www.tacklewarehouse.com....html

For 30 beans I woud rather buy a long sleeve fishing shirt! They have some nice vented fishing shirts for that kind of money!

Only use I can see for them is you can go out in a t-shirt and the sleeves. If the sun hides behind some clouds, you can peel the sleeves off, fish in your t-shirt, and put the sleeves back on later if needed. Can't do that with a long sleeve shirt.

Thought about ordering them but just can't pull the trigger yet.

Would be nice to hear from people who have used them.

This is lind of my thought too. I have a ton of t-shirts I like to wear but thought these might be better protection than sunblock. But unless someone can assure me that they'll stay up and I won't need a modified shoulder style garterbelt, I'll just try to remember to re-apply my sunscreen more often.
