Flip thru the obits. Lots of good people in there. They grew up, worked a job for years, raised families, were good grandparents. Most never snorted cocain or pee'd away a life of luxury. None of them will be mentioned on the news tonight.
Maybe pick one and say a little prayer for their family.

I get what you are saying. There is allot more good in the world than there is bad. We just never give it the attention like we do the bad.
I think I'll take a moment and think of good stuff for a change. Maybe I'll try to do this once a day. Then go to twice a day then maybe three times a day. Maybe I can keep it going until It is normal for me to think of good things instead of negative things throughout my life.
If everyone would do this the world would become a more positive world ...Maybe ...

better than the other options .. er ..option !
All we can do is the best that we can do with our lives - if nothing else, it shows how empty and unsatisfying money and fame are for most folks. I prefer anonymity.
We all make our choices in life, and they are ours, right or wrong. My heart goes out to a little girl that lost her mom - she is the true victim here.
