    how in the heck do you get the #%^% thrustwasher off? I don't want to break anything!

    Give it a sharp tap or two with a hammer (not a rubber hammer), <u>towards</u> the motor. It'll break loose.

    grease the taper on the shaft wher the washer sits , when you grease the prop shaft splines, It will be much easier to get it off next time.
