    Re: landing on moon (ezmuny13)

I'm guessing they haven't figured out anything else to do up there. We made a few trips, looked around, grabbed some rocks, played some golf, etc... But until they figure out a way to haul some mining equipment up there, what else can we do?

Forgot to mention - they didn't find a Bourbon Street or a whorehouse.

I assure you, we were there several times. I played a small part in those missions as an associate engineer and can attest to the fact that our effort was real and the results were successful.

Why spend 30 billion to go back to the moon and collect rocks when we can spend 300 billion to go to Mars and collect rocks?

With the space race that we were in with the Russians had we not done it, they would have been jumping up and down with proof that we didn't.

    Re: landing on moon (Mikel)

I was hoping the 'expert' was going to say that it was from the correct one. I wanted to see what kind of deal they would have worked out. Anyway, the reason we aren't currently going to the moon is because... The A-Rig is currently illegal there.
