gas seems to be leaking from the bottom of both of my bottom 2 carbs, bowls looks like, has 4 screws upwards.
what do i need to do to fix it? and can i do it myself?

Take the bowls off and sand em even with a fine grade sandpaper on a good flat surface/. Check the gaskets and bolt em back on and go fish!!!

Be sure you clean the bowls along with the main jet before you reinstall them.
Also, look at the brass looking plug in the outside bottom of the bowl.
Mine is doing the same thing, except for the top carb..... what does sanding do exactly ? are you assuming maybe they are warped ? etc ?
