I smoked 6 slabs of ribs, 2 boston butts, 2 chickens, 2 tenderloins, and a turkey for a group of friends yesterday. Everything turned out great and was just right. The only problem was the clean up this morning. I'm not sure what was worse, cleaning the smoker and dishes or the 600 beer bottles....
