    Binocular opinions

It's time for a new set of binoculars.( son broke the old ones) I do alot of summer scouting checking fields in the evening so I want something powerful but not so much that when i hold them, I can still hold them steady enough to see. I had 12x50's and it was hard to hold them steady enough to really check the deer out. Maybe I drink too much caffeine. Anyway, anybody gotta pair they love or opinions about brands? Trying to keep the cost reasonable, around $100 to $150.

I have a set of Burris that I have really liked. Theyre clear and can see good through them.

I bought a set of Barska Atlantic 10x402s from Cabela's. They're $90 - $100 right now. They seem to be pretty good so far.

IMO ... Any that will bring the game close enough to really enjoy will need a stick to prop them on. I have a telescoping shooting stick that is 3' at it's shortest and 5'.4 when extended. Works great with a spotting scope !

My Burris' came from Bass Pro but i've had them a couple years... They're Landmark II's

I find it odd they arent listed on Burris' site and difficult to find. Leads me to believe they may now be discontinued or something at least I still got a lifetime warranty... I'd also checkout The new Redfields too but i don't know where theyre made, 'course theyre made to Leupold/Redfield specs and likely nice and have a nice price. Reviews on opticplanet look good too.
