Looks like the economy is still in the toilet from the empty seats I thought I saw. I sure wish it would improve. Some still getting laid off around.

A few years ago, I went to the 600..... We had great tix for the nationwide race, but the sprint cup race, we were up under the steel roof! I didn't have ear plugs!!! About 300 miles into the race, I wanted to suck on a shotgun!It's a very long race, especially when your ears feel like they will start bleeding at any moment.
At least there actually is debris on the track this time.

they got to raise money some how , the stands arent half full, it is driver penalties and TV commercials , Kenny Wallace even said today , the fans have quit comming

Watching grass grow sure does compare,,,,,boring. Glad I used DVR and watched it in 1/2 hour.
