    200 OX66 rev limiter

My dads ZX200 is bumping the rev limiter if not trimmed down enough on sharp turns and hitting cross wake. Is the yellow wire that loops out of the computer and back into the computer the rev limit wire? Is it safe to pull it to keep the motor from dropping to 5000 RPMs when it hits the limiter? Boat is turning a 26 T+ at 6150 and 70ish with full tanks and two guys. Thanks

Dropping to 5000? Hitting the limiter dont do that.. It will stay at 6150... Something else is wrong like a bad primer bulb, bad fuel pump diaphrams, or bad O2 sensor.

Just guessing. I think the rev limit wire is grey.

Why would it only do it at WOT when the motor is trimmed all the way up? If the water is glass calm with no turns it will run 6150 all day without a hiccup. The min you hut a wake or a turn with it still trimmed it drops to about 5000rpms, stays for about 5-10sec and climbs back to 6150.
