It's not the cheaters you have to worry about. It's the locals sharing info so they can eliminate outside competition. There is a list of guys (you can probably name most of them) who are on the lake 4 + days per week. Makes it hard for the weekend warrior to compete without some help or dumb luck.

In most tournaments like this, sharing information is not against the rules.

Sorry, I thought you were the one inquiring about the lie detector. I now see that is someone else.

Sharing info imo is something that goes on before the event starts.. just from personal experience i dont share info during the event cause im there trying to win not help pad the pocket of someone else..i will say i will enforce the rules that will be signed by each angler before they pay to enter and if there is a problem i will address the situation and put both parties in front of another and get the answers needed to make a decision..

Guys i hope you will enjoy the trail and come fish with us and either dumb luck or hard practice..there will be nice prizes and giveaways after the weigh-ins..hope to see yall there

Still getting alot of requests for entry forms keep them coming and will be sent out same day or following day..can send you more than 1 if you would like some for some buddies

1.)Just wandering can you run a business on public/private property without a permit . 2.) Do you need a business liscense to operate a fishing tournament since money will be given back in the state of TN . 3.) Dont know if you can run a tournament out of a store since its not on site where the tournament is without a fishing tournament business liscense . 4.) If the poly-graph man is not liscensed at all and and there is no fishing tournament business liscence registered in the state of TN to operate this then , and no permitt to operate this function it really doesnt matter if a fisherman brings in 40 lbs when $2000 guaranteed and he cheated .

Just some things i would check on to make this a great thing every year and possibly more than just 3 tournaments through-out the year , it could possibly in the future be a 8 month ordeal for the fishermen like Ed Rogers/Center Hill .

This sounds like a good thing to start up , just make sure all your i's and t's are dotted and crossed . Good luck, and being tournament director is not always fun .

GZ One here is my cell phone number 931-698-3498..feel free to call me with any all questions you would like to ask me since you feel so concerned about our trail and business.. i've conducted many events and all went very smooth and well..Its hard to know who you are since you choose not to tell me your name when i just asked in a pm a few days ago..and your profile has your info hidden..so please feel free to call anytime day or night

My decision to have only a small trail came in as the lake gets very busy from april to july and the ramps only hold so many..there are other events that were scheduled around so i did not step on top of them since several of those directors are good friends and do a great job at there trails..and then there are many opens that already repeat every year in which i myself enjoys to fish each year..if this year goes well then the following year i will look to add more and extend into more events..
